While starting a money making blog may not be the simplest thing to do, it won’t be the toughest thing you’ve ever done either!
Just starting out online? My suggestion to you is to start off with a free Blogger blog. Blogger is now owned by Google, so monetizing with AdSense is very simple to do.
The best way to get to blogging is with your own hosted blog from Wordpress.org. The feeling is these hosted blogs get “more respect” so to speak from the search engines, and I feel there is some truth to this. If you don’t want to part with about $10.00 a month for hosting (cheap!) than a Blogger blog where it’s at.
Which ever way you choose to go with, you will have to make content for your new blog. A excellent way to do this is to pick a niche (the subject of your blog) that you have some knowledge about, or better yet have some real expertise in. Why? Because you will find writing content to be much simpler and quicker if you don’t have to do any research, you can just write.
You also should keep in mind right from the start (before you choose a niche really) how you will monetize your blog. Get into your visitors heads and figure out what they want or need, then your job (as an Internet Marketer) is to supply that want or need (for a price of course!) This is how you will turn your small blog into a money making machine!

Start with a blog, it will help you build confidence, a following, learn how to write well (practice makes perfect), make online friends (you may need joint-venture partners later) and who knows maybe make more money than you ever thought possible!
If you do choose a niche you’re passionate about, you will find like minded people in cyberspace that share your passion. You can then build a community and work within your community to build relationships and even more money making opportunities can unfold for you! That is what making money online is all about, working with people, and showing honesty and integrity in all your online dealings.
Try to delight in your blogging, (remember, it doesn’t have to always be about money!) Who knows, you might find you’ll want to start another blog, and another and, well this could be the start of something huge!
